At Canavan's Food 4 Thought we understand how important it is when growing up to achieve a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise as well as a balanced diet. In creating our meals and lunches we provide the essential foods needed to have a balanced diet.
Our foods include:
- Carbohydrates
- Vitamins
- Essential Minerals
- Healthy fats (contrary to belief, not all fats are bad healthy fats are needed in a balanced diet)
- Fibre
- Water
We aim to provide 1/3 of each child's recommended daily nutritional requirements with our lunches.
